What We Did: We acted as their One-Stop Production Shop, handling the entire pipeline from raw file to final sale.

1. Video Cleanup (Premiere Pro): We performed Pedagogical Editing by cutting out irrelevant chatter and adding professional Intros and Outros to make it feel like a premium production.
2. We designed downloadable PDF Worksheets and Checklists to give students physical integration exercises away from the screen.
3. AI-Assisted Writing: We transcribed the lessons and used AI to write the Module Descriptions and Marketing Emails (via FluentCRM).
4. The Tech Build (TutorLMS): We set up the course hierarchy on TutorLMS (WordPress), uploaded videos, attached workbooks, and automated Post-Course Surveys.

The Result: We launched two advanced membership courses, turning a pile of hard drive files into a fully automated digital school generating evergreen revenue.
