Our client, a Leading European Workforce Development Platform, had a great idea but a quality problem. They used an AI tool to rapidly generate drafts for six different professional courses. The AI did a decent job, but the courses felt “flat” and robotic. The client needed someone to turn these AI skeletons into engaging, human-centric learning experiences.
What We Did: We acted as the Pedagogical Quality Control layer.
The Audit & Cleanup (QC): We fixed the text. We smoothed out robotic phrasing and fixed AI hallucinations, rewriting large sections to sound like a mentor, not a textbook.
Injecting Active Learning Across All 6 Courses: You can’t learn technical or professional skills just by reading. I engineered custom, practical applications for every single course in the curriculum. For example, I built live Excel assignments requiring students to apply specific formulas, and created “Unclean Data Sets” to force students to practice real-world data cleaning.
Multimedia Curation: We curated high-quality attributed YouTube videos to break up the text walls and make the course dynamic without the cost of new video shoots.
4. The Capstone Projects: We designed a practical Capstone Project for each of the six courses (like a “5-Year Strategy” or a “Complete Data Analysis”) to synthesize the learning.
The Result: We transformed six AI Drafts into six polished, corporate-ready courses, adding the practical, human elements that actually create behavior change.
